Whoa whoa.... Finally tomorrow is my day off!!! Phew.... Its super duper tiring can... The HRE knowing that I am an in charge just do not wanna let me off.. Thinking I am an incharge, they think that I should know everything... But not considering the fact that I am a newbie who have only been with Sentosa for less than a week. Was talking to them yesterday and they were like trying to test my knowledge on Sentosa... I won't say I am good, but since I am suppose to be their IC I read up alot alot alot on Sentosa... They asked me questions like how big was Sentosa... I went 500 hectares... How high is Sky Tower? 131m above sea level... How long are the beaches.. 3KM.... haha... lucky the questions they ask I all know lo.. So they were satisfied and listened to my orders the next time round.....
Today finally learnt what IC gotta do.. Though is a super big sacrifice to have to slp only 4 hours. Then rest of the day was like observing them do their work while occassionally will tell them what they did wrong... From the room that I am in, there is actually a cctv that shows what all those I am in charge in are doing. So when I see them not doing their job have to go and say them luhhh. Which I super bu xi guan... They never wave their hand to the tram then I went to tell them must wave must wave... then they wave already I leave never wave.. Then in the end I told them I am watching youuuuuu... haha... Must wave horx... then they very cute... Wave to the CCTV la... If let supervisor see sure die lo... haha....
My feel for customer service comign back again already... So glad.. Today met people from the usual countries like Japan and China. But whats more is that I met people from England, Norway and Perth too... I seriously miss those guest I use to have from England at Disney... Cause of their accent... Then I will bet with my subordinate where they from... Then I guess correctly from England luhhh.. LOL....
